Renta signs a former Azora as the new person in charge of the assets of his socimi

The company has signed Borja Lamana, former director of companies such as Banco Santander, Altamira or Azora, as the new manager of the assets management of Vivenio, the socimi created by Renta and the Dutch pension fund APG. Bachelor in Business Administration and Management, Lamana has more than fourteen years of experience in the real estate market and business consulting. From 2016 until her incorporation into Vivenio, she had held Asset and Property Manager in Azora Asset Management with responsibility for more than 6,500 rental units. Previously, the executive held similar positions in companies such as Altamira Asset Management or Banco Santander, in the Santander Real Estat area, managing the Santander Banif Inmobiliario fund. "The addition of a profile with Lamana's track record to the Vivenio team will allow us to continue adding opportunities and accelerate access to new highly profitable operations," says David Vila, CEO of Renta Corporación. Vivenio, which began operating in April 2017 and is expected to be listed in 2019, is already composed of 657 rental homes with an occupancy higher than 95%. In a permanent analysis of the market to project new real estate operations in the residential rental sector, the socimi plans to invest close to 1,500 million euros until 2021
